Installing XCIPTV
On Firestick
XCIPTV is not in the Amazon Appstore and requires sideloading. First, ensure you have enabled Apps from Unknown Sources in your Firestick Developer Options (Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options). Then install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore. On Android TV or Android Box
Open the Google Play Store and search for XCIPTV. Install the app directly. On some Android boxes where the Play Store is not available, use the built-in file manager or a browser to download the APK from the XCIPTV website.
Adding Your VIP IPTV Club Subscription
After installing XCIPTV and opening it for the first time, you will see a setup screen prompting you to add a playlist. XCIPTV supports both connection methods that VIP IPTV Club provides.
Via M3U URL
- On the main screen, tap Add Playlist
- Select Remote URL (M3U)
- Enter a playlist name and paste your M3U URL from your welcome email
- Tap Add — XCIPTV will parse the playlist and categorise your channels automatically
Via Xtream Codes
- Tap Add Playlist and select Xtream Codes
- Enter your server URL, username, and password from your VIP IPTV Club welcome email
- Tap Connect
- XCIPTV will load your live channels, movies, and series automatically
Once connected, XCIPTV presents your content in a visually rich grid layout. Channel categories appear as large themed tiles, and hovering over a category reveals a preview of channels within it.
Setting Up EPG in XCIPTV
XCIPTV's EPG view is one of its strongest features, presenting programme schedules in a timeline format that is easy to browse with a TV remote.
For Xtream Codes connections, EPG often loads automatically. For M3U connections, go to Settings → EPG and paste your EPG URL. Set the update frequency to 12 hours and force an immediate update. Within 60 seconds, programme schedule data will appear on all channels that support EPG.
In the EPG view, you can scroll through the schedule for the next 7 days. Tap any future programme to set a reminder or, with Plus, schedule a recording.
Using XCIPTV Multi-Screen Feature
Multi-screen is one of XCIPTV's headline features, allowing you to watch multiple streams simultaneously. This is perfect for sports fans who want to follow multiple games at once.
- While watching a channel, press the Menu button on your remote
- Select Multi-Screen from the options
- Choose a layout: 2-up, 3-up, or 4-up depending on your preference
- Navigate between screens and select additional channels for each panel
- Tap any panel to make it the primary audio source
Note: Multi-screen streaming requires a stable internet connection with enough bandwidth for simultaneous streams. Allow 10–15 Mbps per HD stream.

Troubleshooting XCIPTV
App Stuttering or Slow
XCIPTV's rich animations require a capable device. On older Firestick models (pre-2019), reduce the animation speed in your Firestick display settings. Also clear XCIPTV's cache under device Settings → Applications.
Channels Not Loading After Adding Playlist
Ensure your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials are correct. Go back to playlist settings, remove the current entry, and re-add it carefully. Double-check for any extra spaces at the start or end of credential fields.
EPG Not Showing
Force an EPG refresh in Settings → EPG → Update Now. If EPG still does not appear, verify your EPG URL is valid by pasting it into a browser — it should download an XML file. Contact VIP IPTV Club support for an updated EPG URL if yours is not working.
