- Verified server-side issue reported within 24 hours of subscription start
- Issue unresolved by our team within 48 hours of the report
Not Eligible
- Change of mind after purchase
- Issues caused by the customer's device, internet connection, or app configuration
- Accounts suspended for terms violations
- Requests more than 48 hours after the issue was reported

Processing
Approved refunds are returned within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
