We are committed to service quality. Refunds are issued for verified service failures we cannot resolve.

Eligible for Refund

  • Verified server-side issue reported within 24 hours of subscription start
  • Issue unresolved by our team within 48 hours of the report

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Issues caused by the customer's device, internet connection, or app configuration
  • Accounts suspended for terms violations
  • Requests more than 48 hours after the issue was reported

How to Request

Email info@vipiptv.club with your account email, description of the issue, and when it began. We respond within 24 hours.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
